Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Waxahachie is seeking a Surgical Technologist to scrub for procedures, maintain a sterile field, and support the surgical team. The position is weekday-only with no holidays, weekends, nights, or calls, promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications include HS Diploma/GED, graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program, and certification as a Surgical Technologist; ambulatory center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence as part of the surgical team.
• Maintains a sterile field during procedures.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Supports quality improvement activities.

Skills

Certification as a Surgical Technolog
