Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Centennial is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our ambulatory surgery team. The role requires maintaining a sterile field, preparing supplies, and collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and staff to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

The position emphasizes weekday scheduling with no holidays, weekends, nights, or on-call duties, ensuring predictable work-life balance while delivering exceptional surgical services in our Centennial

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Surgical Technician Program or equivalent.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Teamwork and strong communication to collaborate with staff, patients, and physicians.
