Littleton Regional Healthcare (LRH) in Littleton, NH, is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist/Scrub RN for a full-time role in the operating room. The position requires scrubbing, assisting and maintaining sterile technique under surgeon supervision.

The candidate should have two years of acute-care scrubbing/assisting experience and be a graduate of an accredited surgical technician program, with NBSTSA certification preferred and required within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Two years recent scrubbing/assisting experience in an acute-care facility.
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technician program.
• NBSTSA certification preferred; certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow AORN standards to maintain sterile field and patient safety.
• Deliver instruments, supplies and equipment during procedures; assist surgeon as needed.
• Collaborate with surgeon and OR team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patient rights and privacy; adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
