Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Surgical Technology Program accredited through the CAAHEP or ABHES.
• Military surgical technology program completion accepted.
• Certification as Surgical Technologist TS-C or CST.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in perioperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases.
• Maintain sterile field and assist in instrument handling.
• Assist with draping, counts, specimen collection and instrument turnover.
• Communicate effectively with surgical team and document procedural steps.
