Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to prepare the operating room and surgical team for a variety of procedures, set up sterile equipment, and maintain a safe, aseptic environment. You will scrub and assist with gowning/gloving, support the surgeon and assistants, and collaborate within the OR team to support patient healing.

WA registration or ARC‑ST credential and BLS/CPR are required on hire.

Qualifications

• ARC-ST. program completion or equivalent.
• WA Registered Nurse license if substituting.
• Surgical Technologist Registration WA.

Responsibilities

• Prepares operating room with sterile equipment and supplies.
• Assists surgeon and team with gowning/gloving.
• Maintains sterile field and aseptic technique throughout procedures.
