Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare the OR (instruments, equipment, supplies) for procedures.
• Anticipate needs and assist surgeons/nurses by passing instruments and maintaining sterile field.
• Count items, handle specimens, and assist with patient positioning.
• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with the team and adapt to emergencies.
