Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with surgical procedures in collaboration with the RN.
• Pull cases according to doctor preference cards.
• Maintain and prepare the sterile field and knowledge of procedures.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments and supplies.
• Document care and support plan implementation per department policies.
• Adhere to attendance, confidentiality, and safety standards.
