Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the Westmont ASC team in Westmont, IL. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule of Monday through Friday, typical 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., depending on cases.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited surgical technologist program, have 1 year of surgical tech experience, and hold a BLS certification. Supervisory support comes from physicians and registered nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• 1 year of surgical tech experience.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain medical equipment for surgical procedures.
• Set up operating room with instruments, drapes, and sterile supplies.
• Assist during pre-operation and operation under supervision of surgeons and nurses.
• Transport patients to OR and assist with positioning and gowning.
• Pass instruments and assist with counting sponges, needles, and supplies.
• Assist with postoperative care and room turnover.
