Job summary

Duly - Westmont ASC in Westmont, IL is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team. The role supports operating room teams under surgeons and nurses, ensuring sterile technique and instrument readiness.

You will work Monday–Friday, with shifts typically 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and earn a competitive hourly wage ($28.00–$39.25) plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, 1 year of experience, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Minimum 1 year of surgical tech experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains surgical equipment for procedures.
• Sets up operating room with instruments, drapes, and supplies.
• Assists during operations under surgeons and nurses.
• Tends to patient during pre-op and transports to OR.
• Counts sponges, needles, and instruments; disposes of specimens as needed.
• Cleans and restocks the OR after procedures.
