Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support operating room teams in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes instrument preparation, sterile technique, and teamwork to ensure safe procedures.

The position requires completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program and a high school diploma, with preferred OR experience. BLS certification may be required by facilities. This on-site opportunity offers exposure to diverse surgical cases.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or facility-based equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year operating room or surgical tech experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment and supplies before procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical team during operative procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor the sterile field.
• Pass instruments, supplies and equipment to surgeons as required.
• Perform surgical counts of instruments, sponges and supplies per protocols.
• Assist with patient positioning and surgical preparation as directed.
• Adhere to infection prevention, surgical safety and equipment handling protocols.
• Clean, organize and prepare instruments and ORs after procedures.
