Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a sterile environment and ensure aseptic technique throughout the procedure.
• Assist with patient positioning, safety devices, and use of alarms to promote safety.
• Collaborate with the RN on sponge, needle, and instrument counts and assist with dressings as needed.
