Job summary

Alomere Health in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Surgical Technologist (0.9 FTE) to support the Operating Room and Endoscopy Unit. You will assist surgeons and staff, maintain sterile field, and ensure equipment readiness throughout preop, intraop, and postop phases.

Qualifications

• Certified surgical technologist with CST credential preferred.
• Ability to maintain sterile technique and operating room readiness.
• Strong teamwork and communication in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for procedures and set up according to surgeon preference.
• Verify sterility and expiration dates of supplies and instruments; don sterile attire.
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and skin preparation; anticipate surgical needs.
