• Monitor sterile field throughout procedure.

This is a full-time, 12-hour evening shift at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest. Bonus Eligible* Hours are primarily 10;30-23:00 or sometimes 8:30-21:00.

• Ensure OR rooms are ready for surgery, including all case-specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
• Monitor sterile field throughout procedure.
• Scrub for cases, anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team.
• Position and transport patients.
• Organize room cleanup and ensure efficient room turnover, including decontaminating equipment as necessary.

Retention Incentive of $4K and $3K relocation incentive (100+ miles away).

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
