Job Summary

Our Ophthalmology team offers new hires the opportunity to develop clinical knowledge and skills for a rewarding career in Ophthalmology. A Surgical Technologist provides intraoperative care to surgical patients. Successful candidates are eager to learn, motivated, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, are detail-oriented, and committed to excellent patient care.

Available Shifts/Locations:

We are hiring for our Longwood satellite campus (800 Huntington Ave) with full-time shifts (40 hours/week, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm). No holidays, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Experience in lieu of degree: No

Licenses and Credentials:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - preferred
• Current Surgical Technologist Certification (CST) required within one year of graduation or if employed as a surgical technologist in a surgical facility on or before July 1, 2013, or if completed military or U.S. Public Health Service training programs. Graduates without certification have one year from graduation to obtain it.
