$27.61 to $41.41 per hour, based on experience. Position is onsite only; no hybrid or remote option.
Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care using the nursing process
Value multidisciplinary teamwork to achieve exceptional outcomes
Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice
Model proficiency by precepting newcomers to healthcare and/or UCHealth
Embrace new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment
Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care
Work in Women’s Care and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery (Birth Center), Women’s Care, and NICUA
Follow WHONN and AACN practice standards and certifications such as RNC‑OB, C‑EFM, NRP, and CCRN to guide evidence‑based care models
Support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation with Clinical Educators
