Job summary

Ascension Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Labor and Delivery surgical support role for night shift at Saint Joseph's Hospital. You will prepare operating suites, hand instruments to surgeons, and assist with patient positioning and draping during procedures.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, plus BLS certification and the ability to maintain instrument counts and sterilization standards. This is a full-time position with extensive benefits.

• BLS Provider certification required.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

• None Required.

• Preferred Credential(s):

• Approved Local Exception. Approved for local use in NY for local addition of LPN. All other ministries must seek approval to use Approved Local Exception.

• BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
