Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist 3 to join their OR team in Fairfax, Virginia. This full-time position involves variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and two years of Surgical Technologist experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience.
• Basic Life Support certification required upon start.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery - Certified (TS-C) required upon start.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior knowledge of aseptic and surgical techniques as the first scrub.
• Anticipate variances from expected outcomes and respond to patient needs immediately.
• Assist with the daily operating room schedule flow.
