Job summary

Inova Health System is looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist 3 to join Inova Alexandria Hospital’s Operating Room team. This full-time position requires two years of surgical technology experience and relevant certifications. Responsibilities include ensuring safety during surgical procedures and supporting the operational flow of the operating room.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Registered Surgical Technologist in the state of VA.
• Certification as Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery – Certified (TS-C).

Responsibilities

• Recognizes safety hazards during surgical procedures.
• Assists with daily operating room flow and accepts assignments.
• Documents self-development activities including formal contact hours.
