• Anticipate surgeon and team needs during procedures.
• Ensure aseptic technique and infection control standards.
• Prepare instruments and supplies based on procedures.
• Assist with patient preparation and perioperative support.
• Maintain and monitor surgical equipment and report issues.
• Complete required documentation and quality logs.
