Advocate Health in Mequon, WI is seeking a Surgical Technologist I to join the 70100 East Mequon Surgery Center. This full-time role offers a 32-hour work week with a fixed morning schedule.

You will prepare operating rooms, set up instruments, assist surgeons, and maintain patient safety and aseptic technique across a range of procedures. No nights, weekends or holidays, making it a stable work/life balance.

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• BLS certification within 6 months.
• No experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs procedures and assists with complex surgical cases as needed.
• Sets up and operates equipment per physician specifications and ensures sterility.
• Precepts Surgical Technologists I and maintains a safe, efficient operating room.
• Maintains aseptic technique and supports patient positioning and transport as needed.
• Ensures equipment readiness and reports issues promptly.
