Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform as first scrub in Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine and Vascular Surgery.
• Must hold or be eligible for CST certification from NBSTSA.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies and equipment.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping and draping.
• Scrub in and hand instruments, handle specimens and anticipate needs.
• Monitor patients and equipment during procedures and respond to concerns.
• Uphold sterile technique and support a collaborative team environment.
