This full-time position requires proficiency in maintaining sterile techniques, performing first scrub roles, and ensuring the right instruments are available for surgical procedures. Candidates should be certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support and as a Surgical Technician. Qualifications

• Graduate of a Surgical Technology Program or equivalent experience required.
• Currently certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform first scrub role on core cases and assist surgeons.
• Conduct accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of surgical equipment.
