• Prepares and uses equipment and supplies for surgical procedures.
• Operates and locates equipment; reports malfunctions.
• Sets up the operating room and prepares sterile field for all ages.
• Maintains updated preference cards and uses clinical systems.
• Demonstrates reliable attendance.
• Follows hospital policies, confidentiality, and safety guidelines.
• Adheres to patient safety goals and infection control standards.
