USPI New Mexico Surgery Center - Orthopaedics is hiring a Surgical Technologist Full Time. The role supports anesthesia and surgical teams, maintains sterile field, and ensures instrument readiness for procedures. No weekends, no call, and paid holidays are offered as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of Scrub Technician Certification Program required.
• 1–2 years of operating room experience as a Scrub Tech in multiple specialties or equivalent.
• BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles supplies and equipment for scheduled procedures.
• Inspects instruments and ensures proper working condition.
• Maintains sterile field and adheres to aseptic technique.
• Prepares and cares for instruments and supplies for procedures.
• Documents patient-care records as required.
