Job summary

BayCare Health System in New Port Richey (Morton Plant North Bay) is seeking a Surgical Assistant to support the operating room team. The role requires hands-on assistance to surgeons, exposure, hemostasis, and completion of operations safely and efficiently.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years as a Surgical Tech or 1 year as a Surgical First Assistant, plus BLS. This is a full-time, day-shift position with occasional weekend coverage.
