Job summary

Advocate Health in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team. You will assist surgeons, prepare sterile fields, pass instruments, and help maintain a safe, efficient environment during 10-hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM with one weeknight call and every 9th weekend.

No prior experience required; completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program and Basic Life Support (AHA) within 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile fields and instruments for surgical procedures.
• Assist in gowning, gloving and draping; pass instruments to surgeons.
• Maintain aseptic technique and organize equipment in the OR.
• Position and transport patients as needed; ensure safety and efficiency.
