Job summary

Prisma Health's Greenville Memorial Hospital is seeking a Surgical Tech to support the surgical team before, during, and after procedures. You will maintain sterile technique, assist with instrument counts, and help prepare the OR for cases under RN supervision.

No prior experience is required; completion of a Surgical Technology program or military ST training is expected. Eligible for CST/TS-C credential and ongoing 15 hours of ST education annually.

Qualifications

• Completion of Surgical Technology program or equivalent training.
• No prior experience required.
• Must maintain 15 hours annual ST education and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team during operative procedures.
• Maintain aseptic techniques and handle instruments, sharps, and specimens.
• Prepare operating room and supplies for each case and clean rooms between procedures.
