Cibolo Creek Surgery Center in Texas is hiring a Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech to join our ambulatory surgery team. The role requires weekday scheduling with no holidays or weekends, and flexibility for early mornings or late evenings as the surgical schedule dictates.
You will scrub for orthopedic and podiatry procedures, maintain a sterile field, prepare supplies and equipment, and participate in quality improvement initiatives alongside physicians and staff.

We have 3 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Orthopedics and Podiatry. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.
The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
