United Surgical Partners International’s Cibolo Creek Surgery Center in Texas seeks a Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech. You will scrub for orthopedic and podiatry cases, maintain a sterile field, and prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment. Weekdays only—no holidays, weekends, or on-call. Early mornings and evenings may be required as schedules vary.
You will contribute to the surgical team, support quality improvement, and coordinate with physicians in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
Welcome to Cibolo Creek Surgery Center
We have 3 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Orthopedics and Podiatry. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.
The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
