Full-Time

• You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to assist during surgical procedures in the scrub role.
• Experience in aseptic technique, setting up equipment and sterile supplies, pulling cases, and breaking down cases.
• Understanding of medication management and storage, maintaining a secure medication environment.
• Act as a preceptor, resource, and mentor for new staff, students, and existing staff.
• Types of Services include: Neuro, Ortho, CV, Vascular, Plastics, Robotics, General, Spine, Bariatrics, Hybrid OR, GYN, Urology.

Job Responsibilities

Surgical Technician / CST

Full-Time Surgical Technician candidates will have the following responsibilities:

• Assist during surgical procedures in the scrub role.
• Be experienced in aseptic techniques, equipment setup, pulling, and breaking down cases.
• Manage medications properly and maintain a secure environment.
• Serve as a preceptor and mentor.
• Work with various service types: Neuro, Ortho, CV, Vascular, Plastics, Robotics, General, Spine, Bariatrics, Hybrid OR, GYN, Urology.

Job Qualifications

Surgical Technician / CST

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Accredited Program or recognized training in Surgical Technology.
• Preferred: 1 year experience as a surgical technologist in a full-service OR.
• Knowledge of growth and development principles relevant to patient care.
• Required upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).

Compensation: $30.09-45.17/hour
