Job summary

US Oral Surgery Management is seeking a Surgical Technician to assist the surgeon during consultations and surgeries, support pre- and post-operative patient care, and help improve office efficiency. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and high-quality patient experiences in a surgical setting.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Certification in CPR and dental assisting is preferred, with vaccinations up to date, and adherence

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Oral and maxillofacial assisting/dental assistant certification preferred.
• Hepatitis B vaccination with titer.
• TB vaccination with titer.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon during surgeries and consultations, seat patients, and monitor vitals.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients and obtain necessary clearances.
• Adhere to OSHA and regulatory guidelines, ensure radiation protection, and acquire radiographic images with proper exposure.
• Document and maintain accurate records and charting per standards.
• Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and instruments for procedures.
• Maintain rapport with patients, doctors, and team; resolve conflicts constructively.
• Maintain patient, clinic, and hospital information confidentiality.
• Deliver excellent patient experience and comfort throughout visits.
• Adapt to special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
