Qualifications

• Follow OSHA and office safety guidelines and procedures.
• Provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients as required.
• Maintain accurate records and charting in compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Surgical Support: Assist the doctor during surgeries, seat patients, and take vitals; maintain competency in anesthesia monitoring.
• Patient Care Expert: Provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients and obtain necessary medical clearances.
• Compliance and Safety Adherence: Adhere to OSHA and regulatory guidelines to ensure radiation protection and proper imaging exposure.
• Record Keeping and Documentation: Document and maintain accurate records in accordance with standards.
• Equipment and Instrument Maintenance: Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and instruments for procedures.
• Interpersonal Relations: Maintain good rapport with patients, doctors, and team members; resolve conflicts constructively.
• Confidentiality and Professionalism: Protect patient and clinic information; discuss sensitive info only with appropriate personnel.
• Patient Experience Enhancement: Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout visits.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Accept special projects and adjust to changing duties and schedules.
