Responsibilities

• Surgical Support: Assist the doctor during surgeries, seat patients, and take vitals; maintain competency in anesthesia monitoring.
• Patient Care Expert: Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions, obtain necessary medical clearances, and uphold patient care standards.
• Compliance and Safety Adherence: Follow OSHA/regulatory guidelines and ensure proper radiographic exposure techniques.
• Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and charting per standards.
• Equipment and Instrument Maintenance: Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and instruments for procedures.
• Interpersonal Relations: Maintain good rapport with patients, doctors, and team members; resolve conflicts constructively.
