• Anticipates the surgeon's needs and passes instruments during surgery.
• Maintains aseptic technique and universal precautions throughout the procedure.
• Disposes of sharps and trash and assists in counting instruments and sponges.
• Assists with OR turnover and stocking of supplies.
• Provides administrative support to the department as needed.
