Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgical procedures and pull instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments during surgery.
• Maintain aseptic technique and handle sharps, instruments, and sponges per protocol.
• Ensure surgeon preference cards and pick lists are accurate.
• Assist with OR turnover and stocking of supplies; may support department administratively.
