The Elliot 1 Day Surgery Center in Manchester, NH, part of SolutionHealth, seeks a skilled Surgical Technician.

You will prepare operating rooms, assist surgeons with instruments, sterilize instruments, transport patients to the OR, and monitor vital signs as directed to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

Requirements: high school diploma; Surgical Technician program or military training; Surgical Technician certification; BLS; NH Medical Technician Certification unless NH license is held.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate or student of a Surgical Technician program or military training.
• Surgical Technician certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• NH Medical Technician Certification required unless NH license is held.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and equipment before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments, holding retractors, and suctioning.
• Sterilize equipment, prepare supplies, and transport patients to the operating room as needed.
• Monitor vital signs of patient under surgery as directed by medical staff.
