Please click here to learn more about our locations.**Job Description**The Surgical Technician prepares and assists surgical procedures during the intraoperative phase of the perioperative process.**Key Responsibilities:*** Responsible for providing for and anticipating the surgeons’ needs during a procedure while maintaining the sterile field, adhering to principles of aseptic technique, and ensuring safety with all counted items.* Assists preparation for procedures by assisting with completion, wrapping, and processing of instruments in Sterile Processing.**Required Qualifications:*** Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program* Certified Surgical Technologist* BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of employment)**Preferred Qualifications:*** Minimum of one-year experience as a Surgical Technologist in an acute care hospital operating room* Pediatric and/or orthopaedic experienceThe pay range for this position is $21.74 - $32.62. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
