Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile environment and equipment.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments during procedures.
• Perform instrument and sponge counts for patient safety.
• Label and handle specimens per protocol.
• Sterilize and restock instruments and operating rooms.
