Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
CST certification or eligibility for CST exam.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move patients.
Responsibilities
Preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments and equipment.
Assisting surgical teams with gowning and gloving.
Setting up the operating room with sterile drapes and supplies.
Anticipating the surgeon's needs during procedures.
Maintaining a sterile field throughout surgeries.
Counting and documenting surgical instruments and supplies.
Transporting patients to and from the operating room.
Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety.
