The ideal candidate will have a Surgical Technology program completion and CST credentials (or eligibility), with 1+ year of experience and strong teamwork. No nights or major holidays; day shifts available.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Current CST credential preferred (or eligible).
• 1+ year of surgical tech experience preferred.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center or outpatient surgical experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate surgical team needs.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instrumentation.
• Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures and pass instruments efficiently.
• Assist with room setup, turnover, and preparation for upcoming cases.
• Verify equipment functionality and ensure proper surgical supplies are available.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with patient positioning and preparation before procedures.
• Perform instrument counts according to protocol.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and nursing team.
