Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language.
• Minimum one year as an OR Technician required.
• Current BLS certification by the American Heart Association standards required
• Certification of surgical technologists preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain sterility of the surgical field and anticipate surgeons' needs.
• Pass instruments in a timely fashion during procedures.
• Care for instrumentation and equipment after procedures and prepare for the next case.
• Collaborate with OR Educator and management on training and service optimization.
• Coordinate staff assignments and help manage call schedules as needed.
