Job summary

Community Hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking a Full Time Surgical Tech to join our dedicated team. The role supports scrub duties, maintains a sterile environment, and assists the RN with operating room procedures.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent, prefer graduation from a School of Surgical Technology, and obtain AHA BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a School of Surgical Technology preferred.
• AHA BLS healthcare provider within 30 days of hire.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform the scrub role and assist with all aspects of the care of the surgical patient.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with instruments/equipment.
• Collaborate with RN and other staff to ensure patient safety.
• Follow hospital policies and procedures and demonstrate competency.
