Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accepted surgical technology program.
• Certification in Surgical Technology and BLS through the American Heart Association.

• Performs direct patient care in the OR and assists physicians during procedures.
• Ensures proper handling, sterilization and maintenance of surgical equipment.
• Maintains required clinical knowledge, technical skills, equipment, training and credentials.
