Job summary

Scripps Memorial La Jolla is hiring an OR tech on a full-time basis with a 12-hour varied shift. The role supports a magnet facility performing a wide range of surgeries, including trauma and cardiac cases, across 19 ORs and 4 Cardiac ORs.

The position offers incentive programs: a $4K New Hire Incentive and a $3K Relocation Incentive for moves of 100+ miles. Eligible candidates should anticipate a comprehensive hospital environment focused on quality patient care.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the followingcriteria must be met

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.
