Job summary

Scripps Green Hospital at Torrey Pines is hiring a Surgical Tech for a full-time, 12-hour day shift. You will scrub for cases, ensure sterile equipment and rooms are ready, and support the operating team to maintain patient safety and smooth case flow.

Scripps Green Hospital is attached to Scripps Clinic at Torrey Pines. Together we offer dozens of medical and surgical services, including cancer care, orthopedic surgery, and organ transplantation.

Join our surgery team as a surgical tech where you will work closely to ensure equipment and rooms are sterile and ready to use. You will scrub for cases and anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team. Your work will be appreciated as you contribute to the overall well-being of the team and patients.

*$4K New Hire Incentive and $3K Relocation if moving from 100+ miles.

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the followingcriteria must be met

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.
