Mass General Brigham's The General Hospital Corporation seeks a Surgical Tech I for full-time day-to-night coverage at 90 Blossom Street. The role supports the operating room team with sterile preparation, instrument handling, patient transport, and intraoperative assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• BLS and CST licenses preferred.
• Experience as a Surgical Technologist in a similar setting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Set up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgery.
• Transport patients to the OR and assist with positioning.
• Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and document procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff.
• Prepare surgical sites with sterile drapes and solutions.
• Manage and secure surgical drains and catheters as directed.
