Mass General Brigham's The General Hospital Corporation is seeking a Surgical Tech II for a full-time role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The position supports operating rooms across multiple specialties, with day, evening, and night shifts available, at 90 Blossom Street.

Under supervision, you will assist in operations, set up the OR, pass instruments and supplies to surgeons, and help count sponges and needles. CST preferred; 2–3 years of acute care experience required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CST certification preferred.
• 2–3 years experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care setting (4 years preferred).

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing the operating room and transporting patients for surgery.
• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants; hold retractors.
• Set up equipment and assist with counting sponges, needles, and instruments.
• Monitor and support operating room conditions and patient care team.
