Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a Surgical Technology program, along with Basic Life Support certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Basic life support certification preferred or required upon hire.
• Experience in operating room support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operative suite and sterile field for procedures.
• Assist surgical team with instrument handling and counts.
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety throughout cases.
• Assist with room setup, stock, and turnover between procedures.
• Participate in performance improvement and training activities.
