Job summary

Piedmont Macon Medical is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the vascular lab in a hybrid OR setting and collaborate with the Main OR. A call shift is required, and this role functions under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver patient-focused care.

Minimum qualifications include a Surgical Technology program graduate or qualifying experience, plus BLS certification. Sign-on bonus available and competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• �Graduate of Surgical Technology program.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist or 3 years of surgical tech experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Surgical Technologist certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub duties and supports patient care.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving in clinical settings.
• Works in partnership with licensed staff.
• Provides patient care for diverse age groups under RN supervision.
