Responsibilities

• Vascular lab- Hybrid OR position that will also work in conjunction with Main OR. Call will be necessary. Report to surgical services.
• Perform necessary duties in scrub role.
• Take on greater responsibility in providing patient care demonstrating a higher level critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Functions in partnership with licensed staff.
• Perform patient care duties for clients of various age groups under the direction of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• Minimum education required: High School graduate or GED; Graduate of a Surgical Technology program.
• Minimum experience required: Certification as a Surgical Technologist or 3 years of surgical tech experience.
• Minimum licensure/certification required by law: N/A
• Additional qualifications: Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred; BLS certification required.
